Prepping Your HVAC System for Spring and Summer
Spring is here (thank goodness!) and that means the hot summer weather isn’t far behind! Prepping for the beach and pool are fun ways to get ready for the nice weather, but making sure your HVAC system is running smoothly is even more important to us. We want to be sure your HVAC system is ready to handle the hot and humid weather.
- Check, clean and replace (if needed) the air filters.
- Inspect to see if there are any issues with the HVAC unit.
- Clean the condenser coils
- Check the air ducts and seal any leaks that may have occurred.
- Clear out any debris that has settled around the HVAC system, i.e.: branches, trash, etc.
- Calibrate your thermostat.
- Thoroughly clean the system.

How to Prep Your Air Conditioner for Summer
Summer will be here before we know it, and that means it’s time to start prepping your home for the HOT season!
